When you want to migrate your data from Act! CRM to another platform during the automatic migration you need to enter your web credentials to authorize to your Act! system and proceed with the migration.In the Connection Host field you can enter the URL of your Act! CRM platform (it will work if you do not have a specific connection host to your CRM - you should know it or ask the system administrator/your tech expert).In the Connection Port you should enter the numbers: 1433 - it’s the standard port in this case (it may not work only in the case if you changed these numbers on your custom ones - then you should know it or your tech expert).The Database Name you can find only by entering your Act! platform by yourself or providing the web access to your platform for our tech experts, so they can find it for you.In case of difficulties in connecting to your Act!
